Most panels post to your portal in about 5 days. Sign in to check your dashboard, or write in if it's been longer and you haven't heard.

Track or reschedule my draw

Appointments show up in your account once an order is placed. You can reschedule from there, or ask us to handle it.

Billing or refund question

HSA/FSA receipts, failed charges, or a refund request — our support inbox handles all of these.

Understand my results

Our plain-language result notes are educational. For anything that needs clinical interpretation, share your report with your own clinician.
