How it works

From symptoms
to a protocol, in five days.

Pick a panel or take the quiz, draw blood at a Quest lab or at home, and read clear results alongside the peer-reviewed research on what's optimal for women.

01 - The flow

Four steps,
nothing hidden.

01
Match your panel
3-minute quiz · $149 per panel

Pick one of 10 flat-priced panels at $149, or take our 3-minute symptom quiz and we'll build a custom panel from the 180+ biomarker library, priced à la carte.

02
Draw blood - your way
50 U.S. states · Quest Diagnostics

Book a draw at any of 2,250+ Quest Diagnostics patient service centers nationwide, or have a certified phlebotomist come to your home or office.

03
Most results in 5 days
~5-day turnaround for most tests · CLIA-accredited

Every biomarker lands in your private portal with the standard lab range, the research-backed optimal, and a plain-language note on what it means for a woman at your life stage. A handful of specialty markers can take up to 21 days; we flag the timeline at checkout.

04
Re-test and track
Longitudinal trends · Same-panel re-tests

Re-test the same panel whenever you want. Every biomarker is charted over time in your portal so you can watch it move as your protocol takes hold - or as perimenopause, pregnancy, or training load shifts your baseline.

02 - Where you draw

Quest lab,
or your kitchen table.

Every sample is processed by Quest Diagnostics - CLIA/CAP-accredited and the largest clinical lab network in the U.S. Pick the draw that actually fits your week.

04 - The questions we get most

Quick answers,
no fine print.

Do I need a referral or insurance?

No. EllaDx is direct-to-consumer; a licensed physician orders and reviews every panel. Panels are HSA- and FSA-eligible.

Is this a finger-prick test?

No. Every panel is a standard venous draw - the same sample type your primary care doctor uses - processed by Quest Diagnostics.

Does a physician review my results?

No - EllaDx does not provide physician review of individual results. Your report includes plain-language explanations and research-backed context designed for women, but it is not medical advice. For interpretation and treatment decisions, share your report with your own healthcare provider.

How often should I retest?

Every 3–6 months for most markers; sooner if you're actively adjusting a protocol. You can re-run the same panel whenever you need to — longitudinal charts comparing every test you've taken are included in your portal.

Is EllaDx available in my state?

Yes - we're live in all 50 U.S. states. Venous draws happen at any of 2,250+ Quest patient service centers; at-home draws are available in select ZIP codes.
